Transform Your Leadership:
Unpacking White Womanhood
with Dr. Victoria Farris
Build your capacity to recognize and disrupt your own behavior patterns, and confidently step into your role as an embodied antiracist leader!
Â
Â
It is the exact conditioning that I received growing up as a white middle class girl in this country that makes it hard for me to be an ally and anti-racist change maker.
Â
That is the core belief behind Unpacking White Womanhood.
Because it’s time for us to build the skills and capacities that our socialization has deprived us of.
To learn to navigate our emotions, regulate our bodies, and navigate conflict and communicate with honesty, authenticity, and groundedness.
Unpacking White Womanhood is an inclusive space for all who were socialized as white girls, including white women and white gender expansive folks.
Â
This 8 week program includes seven, 90-minute live Zoom calls, coaching and somatic healing support, a handbook of extraordinary resources, and an engaged and authentic community built on accountability and healing.
Â
You’re tired of worrying about saying the wrong thing, feeling anxious or uneasy in conversations about race and identity, and unsure how to be authentic as a leader when you’re constantly overthinking.
Unpacking White Womanhood gets you out of your head, quieting the anxiety and overthinking, so that you can more deeply trust yourself and show up fully in your leadership.
Â
Â
No more guessing where the pattern comes from, because your body knows.
Â
Unpacking White Womanhood is not your typical workshop or professional development space. We’re used to processing oppression and racism through talking and education, thinking about it. This is a top down approach, using our mind first and then our bodies.
Â
In Unpacking White Womanhood we utilize subconscious coaching and hypnotherapy, allowing us to flip the script. Starting in our bodies, at the root of our beliefs and behaviors, and working our way back to our minds.Â
Â
This is a holistic, somatic experience that takes the guesswork and intellectualizing out of the equation.
When white women approach this work through our mind, we end up overthinking, defensive, and dysregulated, which doesn't create an environment for safety.Â
Â
When we work from the body up, we can integrate and regulate every step of the way.
Â
Unpacking White Womanhood facilitates healing, skill building, and embodied leadership.
We're Building Skills, including:
Â
Learning to separate out our feelings and triggers from what is actually true
Â
Emotional regulation and self trust
Â
How to be in community and cultivate intimate, authentic relationships with other white women

About Victoria
Â
Hi, I’m victoria! (@Drvictoriafarris)
I’m a lifelong New Yorker with a propensity for dropping f-bombs on a mission to facilitate a more inclusive World. I’m a Queer, ADHD human who navigates life with a total lack of perfectionism. I feel it all, forget some of it, and bring as much presence as possible into life. These days I get to marry my more formal research and educational background with my current work as a trauma informed hypnotherapist and coach, creating a unique approach to embodied equity and inclusion. I like to think that I’m helping to build our capacity for the world of our dreams!
I’m a disrupter, a truth teller, and a justice seeker, and my ADHD brain gives me just enough brazen confidence to believe that I might actually be able to help change the world, so that’s what I’m doing!
My doctoral research focuses on understanding, from the perspectives of folks of color, what white people can do to disrupt and dismantle systems of racism, and I developed a framework for effective allyship that outlines an action-based guide for disrupting racism based on that research. I am also a certified hypnotherapist and coach, and a skilled facilitator, trained in holding white accountability spaces. I bring a tender heart to my work, while centering impact and identity.
I love to play in the intersections of personal development, healing, wellness, and systemic oppression, which is exactly the space where Unpacking White Womanhood sits. I also hold a doctorate in education from the University of Pennsylvania where I earned double distinction for my dissertation on disrupting racism.Â
If you’re looking for structure, order and rules, I’m not your gal. But if you’re into messy and feely with a strong commitment towards justice and liberation, then you’re in the right place!
I can’t wait to dig into this work with you!
